Рускиот претседател Владимир Путин ја одликуваше Медни Кадирова, сопругата на чеченскиот лидер Рамзан Кадиров.

Медни Кадирова сега ја носи титулата „Мајка на хероината“, а лидерот на Чеченија со неа има четиринаесет деца.

Во документот се наведува дека титулата е доделена „за големи заслуги во зајакнувањето на институцијата семејство и воспитувањето на децата“.

На 15 август Путин потпиша декрет за воспоставување на титулата „мајка хероина“ во Русија за жените кои родиле и пораснале десет или повеќе деца кои исто така се руски државјани.

Во документот се наведува дека на добитниците на оваа титула ќе им биде исплатена еднократна стимулација во износ од еден милион рубљи.
